3.1 Age Requirement. Use of the rworld99 platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years or older. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. rworld99 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where age verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction.
3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one rworld99 account. Opening duplicate, linked, or secondary accounts is strictly prohibited. Where rworld99 identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual (including by shared device, IP address, payment method, or identity document), all accounts will be subject to review, and rworld99 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and confiscate any winnings or balances therein.

Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.4 Prohibited Jurisdictions. rworld99 does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is the Member's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing rworld99 complies with the laws of their jurisdiction.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rworld99 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, and you must not allow any other person to access or use your account.
4.2 rworld99 will never ask you to disclose your password, including through customer support communications. Any request for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to rworld99 immediately.
4.3 If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify rworld99 support immediately via live chat. rworld99 will take reasonable steps to secure your account pending investigation but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.
4.4 Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate termination.
rworld99 accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Boost, GrabPay, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB, and Public Bank, subject to availability. Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. rworld99 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit or the payment method on file for your KYC-verified account. rworld99 targets a processing time of 1–2 hours for Touch 'n Go eWallet withdrawals. Processing times for other methods may vary. rworld99 accepts no liability for delays caused by the payment provider after funds have been released from our system.

7.2 All bets are final once confirmed. rworld99 does not accept responsibility for errors made by Members when placing bets, including incorrect stake amounts, incorrect selection of teams or events, or misunderstanding of market terms.
7.3 rworld99 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, match abandonment, event cancellation, or where rworld99 has reasonable grounds to suspect irregular betting activity.
7.4 The minimum and maximum stake limits applicable to each game or market are displayed within the relevant product lobby or betting interface.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rworld99 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, confiscation of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
9.1 All content on the rworld99 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, imagery, and trademarks — is the property of rworld99 Entertainment Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any platform content.
10.1 The rworld99 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While rworld99 takes all reasonable steps to ensure platform availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues.
10.2 rworld99's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 rworld99 shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; loss of data or business; losses arising from events outside our reasonable control; or losses arising from a Member's failure to comply with these Terms.
11.1 rworld99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial, personal, or psychological harm, Members are encouraged to use the self-help tools available on the platform.

12.1 rworld99 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, rworld99 will provide at least seven (7) days' notice by email to registered Members and/or by a prominent notice on the platform.
12.2 Your continued use of the rworld99 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account by contacting customer support.
13.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which rworld99 Entertainment Ltd. holds its international gaming authority licence.
13.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in the governing jurisdiction.
13.3 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
